China Kwell extrusion machinery group company has tested a 12mm-50mm HDPE single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line for customer from Algeria.
This extrusion line consists of a SJ50/30 single screw extruder, raw material can be HDPE, LDPE, PP and soft PVC.
Diameters of single wall corrugated pipes are 12mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm.
Customer buys 8 sets of moulds.
Diameters can be customized.
Max extrusion production speed can reach 20m/min
