Agglomerator machineis used to granulate the thermal plastic films, PET fibers, whose thickness is less than 2 mm into small granules & pellets directly.

Fitting material:
1. PE, PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE soft thermoplastic film, bag, silk, ribbon, sheet, pipe, waste and leftovers.
2. degradable plastic film and leftovers
3. chemical fiber (dacron, acrylic fiber, polypropylene)

Final product: granules

Working principle:
Raw material will be broken into pieces and melt once put into the pot where the cutter is high speed rotating. And then the melt will cool down and agglomerate quickly after watered. At this time, the rotation cutter will cut the agglomerates into granules. The granules will be let out of the discharging hole.

What model is recommended to densify 400-500kg/hr of BoPP film and PP/PE film that is on rolls to granules? Please provide full description of machine and cost. What materials is machine made from? What materials contact the plastic film? How long between order and delivery? Voltage should be 415V 3 PH 50Hz. Regards, Stephen Fisher
