Through friction extrusion, particle cutting, air cooling, and the use of screw recycling, the particle density is standardized without destroying the molecular structure and physical properties of plastic particles

Note: depending on different material properties, various downstream equipments are needed.

4. Compared with the traditional granulator, the low-temperature granulator successfully protects the molecular structure and has no crystal dots or film perforations.
5. The film material is pelletized in the semi-plasticized production process of the machine, therefore, the material particles produced without changing the physical properties of the film material can be mixed with the new material in large proportions
