Automatic PVC Plastic Pipe Belling Machine/PE/PPR Pipe Socketing Machine

Application:
Full-auto pipe belling machine expander with drawing device and program interface concerned is used with extruding machine. It is also could seperating operation.

While expanding pipes, the machine adopts translation. The action is steady and correat. It does not damage pipe materials. The machine adopts double infrared heating oven type. Each oven is equipped with heating core. The shaping method adopt expanding end shaping. The size of pipe mouth is correct. On its panel, there is a transfer switch of expanding solvent type socket sovent, rubber-ring expansion and rubber-ring lip type sockets.

The choice of expanding pipe type is very convenient. The technological adaptability is strong. Its main electric control elements are all exported. The system characteristics are steady and reliable.


Features:
1. Machine frame is welcomed of cold drawn rectangle steel tubew with features of good structure and strength without shaking when machine running;
2. Heating oven adopts force balanced circle air flue design with features of heating fast and evenly, the pipe can rotate positive and negative, lower consumption;
3. High automatic level, PLC touch screen control, all actions are pre-setting, machine will work automatically;
4. Electrical parts adopts famous brand, the touch screen adopts SIEMENS or MISTUBISHI, other electrical elements are using famous brands from GERMANY OR JAPAN, photo electric adopts AUTONICS;
5. Adopts water cooling and out pressure forming for water supply pipes, make sure pipe socket shape accurate.
